Role Overview
Ranko is looking for a Junior Game Producer to help coordinate the development and LiveOps of our games.
You'll work with our team to keep projects organised, developers aligned and deadlines on track.
Depending on your experience, you may assist another producer or take more direct responsibility for managing developers and projects. Training and guidance will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Manage development tasks, deadlines and project boards
- Communicate regularly with developers and management
- Follow up on progress and make sure work gets completed
- Help organise updates, QA, testing and releases
- Run or participate in project meetings and check-ins
- Identify blockers and help find solutions
- Keep priorities, responsibilities and expectations clear
- Coordinate one or multiple projects depending on workload
- Help make sure updates and features move from planning to release

Previous production, project management, Roblox development or studio experience is useful, but it isn't required.
Drive, reliability and communication matter more.
Applicants must be 16 or older.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Roblox games
- Experience managing developers or small teams
- Familiarity with Trello, Notion or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of game development pipelines
- Experience with QA, LiveOps or update planning
- Experience in at least one development discipline, such as scripting, building, UI/UX, VFX or game design
- Basic knowledge of Roblox Studio and how development teams work within it
- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate between different disciplines
- Experience planning or shipping game updates
- An understanding of player feedback, analytics or game performance
- Experience documenting tasks, features or development requirements clearly
